Return or Refund Eligibility: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase required.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method up to 14 business days after inspection of the return.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different colours/models, subject to availability.

Faulty / Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost.

HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT

Please contact us immediately at support@pininfarina-hybridwatchbyglobics.com and we will issue you with a printable, postage-paid return label as well as shipping instructions.

Products should be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging, and any promotional items that came with it. Please unpair the watch from your phone and pack all items in their original packaging before sending.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and the quality has been approved, we’ll initiate your refund. This should take up to 7 days from shipment.

For Refunds, it can take up to 14 business days until you see the amount on your account, depending on your bank.
